Form Filling Guideline
Application Form Cost : 1000/-.
Fill the Application Form in CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY.
The admission form rows with asterisk (*) are compulsory to fill.
Attach your passport size photo.
You need to click on submit button to see the preview of the form.
It is advised to take a print out of the filled in form from preview page for future reference.
Once you submit the previewed form, you will be taken to the payment page to pay the application form fee.
Your application will be considered for admission only after receiving the prescribed application fee.
The application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
